About Sjöfors & Partners
Since 2008, Sjöfors & Partners has used its proprietary market research method and AI to help hundreds of companies worldwide increase their sales growth and profit margins by providing a comprehensive understanding of how various aspects of their business impact sales and pricing.
Our founder's experiences running companies in Europe and the US led him to realize the limitations of traditional pricing approaches. He understood that customer targeting, product features, marketing, sales methods, and pricing must be considered together. Creating a holistic view of pricing. This led to the development of a proprietary online market research method predicting sales volumes at different price points.
Today, we continue to refine this process and utilize AI software to eliminate manual errors and delve deeper into data analysis. However, we augment the AI with experienced business professionals assessing AI-generated insights, ensuring our recommendations translate into tangible business success.

Per is the Founder and CEO of Sjöfors & Partners Inc, Los Angeles. He used pricing as the lever to turn around several European and US companies in his 35 years of executive management experience. Per believes that what business schools teach about pricing is too abstract for executives to act on and has made it his life’s work to make pricing practical and actionable. Per has a unique appreciation for optimal pricing and brings his international experience of pricing practices from a global perspective. He has helped over 800 clients substantially increase sales and profits by showing how pricing affects sales volume, adding billions to their bottom line.

Valon holds an M.Sc. in Business & Economics from SKEMA Business School in France and a BSc. in Economics and Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology. Valon has 10+ years of experience in market research, business & data analytics, and project management. He has advanced knowledge in using data to create precise and actionable recommendations, as well as expertise in monitoring and evaluation of 2030 Global Agenda indicators and Sustainable Development Goals. He is passionate about data analytics, sustainable development & business transformation. Valon has worked on various projects in diverse professional and cultural settings in Europe, the US, and Japan.

Lino holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Southern California (USC). Lino has more than twelve years of experience in data analysis, and creating pricing and KPI dashboards. Linko works specifically in the Excel/VBA environment. This experience spans across a variety of service and Solution-based industries that include financial services, consumer packaged goods, technology, and legal services. Lino’s entrepreneurial mindset, along with his relentless drive for process improvement through data insights, has helped him deliver extraordinary value to businesses of all sizes.
